TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We aim to process orders within 2-5 working days unless there is additional processing time stated within the product description. However due to high volumes, we may experience some delay in which all affected customers will be informed. Val Kristopher Limited will not be responsible for delay in shipment caused by holidays, weather conditions, custom issues and any other circumstances that is beyond our control. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address therefore please ensure to input the correct delivery address at checkout.
These are items that are not yet in stock but will be available soon. You can place an order in advance to reserve such items. Orders will be shipped the moment the items are in stock. Payment will be taken the moment the order is placed. If any delay occurs, all customers will be informed immediately. Val Kristopher Limited is not held responsible for delay in delivery of merchandise due to circumstances that is beyond our control which results in the arrival of merchandise to our warehouse later than the specified date stated in the product description. Any failure in shipment of merchandise will result in orders to be fully refunded immediately.
We are currently offering free shipping. Below are the delivery time frames to be expected when your parcel is out for delivery.
UK – ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR (1-2 days)
Europe – DHL WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (1-3 days)
USA- DHL WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (2-3 days)
Asia - DHL WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (2-5 days)
Other International – DHL WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (2-5 days)
Tracking information are provided on all orders which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.
Route Shipping Insurance
The Route Policy provides shipping insurance for your online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
The Route Policy does not cover the following without a specific written amendment from Route: single orders exceeding $5,000 USD in value. All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable and non-transferable except as may be expressly provided in these Terms.
Claims for packages marked “delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.”
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received and must be in perfect selling condition, unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken.
To return an item, please use the pre-paid return labels provided with your order. If you didn’t receive a pre-paid label, please contact us here on email@example.com and we will sort this out for you.
All items are inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.
If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 14 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

Our payment system is managed via PayPal and Shopify Payments, the world’s leading online payments systems.
When using a debit/credit card to make a purchase, you can use two methods. Our main method is through Shopify Payments. Alternatively you can use Paypal to make purchase via debit/credit card without needing a Paypal Account. This alternative payment is located in the Paypal button at checkout.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share any information to any other parties.

Rights To Cancel
Val Kristopher Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the Val Kristopher website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:
The product is not available / in stock
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information
Here at Val Kristopher we take fraud and security very seriously therefore we may run multiple checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretences will be followed up with an investigation and reported.

Countries outside of United Kingdom may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, custom and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from custom on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the Val Kristopher warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Vale-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied pre order. The exact shipping rates depends on the country where your order is being delivered.
